  I bought 6 pallets of large irregular flagstones and had them delivered. I noticed as they were trying to load them that some of the large pieces had broken. I pointed this out and asked them to be careful. However, when they were finally delivered, the lilac pallets had a fair number of large slabs in tiny pieces. Though I contacted them multiple times to express my unhappiness, they weren’t even professional enough to respond to my calls or texts with an apology, let alone a discount or other remedy. Not cool since the pallets of large irregulars are much more expensive than small irregulars, and I bought large because I wanted large

  These guys are pros. The crew were great and the design is awesome. I am enjoying an amazing patio that has made my backyard functional. I was happily surprised that all the digging, leveling and install took less than two weeks. Customer service is excellent as well.

  Very professional and consultative provider. Low sales pressure, but very polite and engaging - they consulted with me over a couple of visits and calls, and when it came time for delivery they kept me informed, arrived on time and helped me place my items where I needed them.
