  I need to replace all windows and doors in my house and didn’t want to take the business to a big box store. They didn’t even say hello or attempt to break from thier personal conversations to acknowledge we were even standing there. Truly unfortunate. I’ll take my 20k elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and Go elsewhere.

  If you want bad customer service this is the place to come. Two days in a row I have been here. Waited thirty minutes yesterday,went to Harrisonburg location. They filled part of my order so I'm back today after calling in order this morning and have waited for over an hour .an and still not done
