I needed a riding lawn mower, had exactly what I needed. They handled the financing, delivery and went over the mower with me. Also needed a push lawnmower, delivered when promised. All of his mowers are high quality. I would recommend Scott's small engines and will have them service my mowers when needed. Scott and Heath were extremely helpful.

I just got off the phone and had called because my lawnmower that I got fixed, and I use that term loosely, has not worked properly since I picked up in May. I spent $96 to fix mower and have had nothing but trouble getting it to run. I thought maybe after picking up that my gas was old so got a new gas can and filled with high test gas and tried running with that but no difference. Everything was supposed to be good to go when picked up but it was torture to get lawn mowed . Today I finally called and was told they don't make lawnmowers like they used to and the mower only cost about $150 so if I brought back it would probably cost more to get running. I said that if someone brought in a mower and didn't know a lot about it except to put gas in it then someone should take the time to explain that it is not worth fixing instead of fixing for $96 and telling me it will be more to get running. I am very disappointed in my service and feel that a business should explain if something is probably not worth the money. ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺ After doing my review received a call from the owner telling me to bring mower up and they will make sure it works for me. I took up and they checked everything out and did a few repairs to it, no charge, and it starts right up and works perfect and I am so greatful. They made good on their repair and I appreciate that.

Glenda - We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Our standard procedure is to start the machine for the customer when it is picked up. Perhaps that was not done? Customer satisfaction is our priority – if there is a problem with a machine that we have serviced we work with the customer as soon as we are notified that there is an issue. We try to be upfront with our customers in relation to repair costs and apologize if that was not properly communicated. We want all our customers to be satisfied with our service. If you would like to bring the mower back in we can go over the issues that you are having with it to see if we can resolve them.

Saturday morning needed a quick fix, they dropped what they where doing and took care of me. No leave it for a week BS.like 2 places before them. Gave me a very low price I left extra asked them to buy lunch on me. A place where your needs meant something, checked them out later on face book. Quality stuff country clipper zero turns Yanmar tractors. Looks like I found my guy for my next major purchase. Father and son working on Saturday morning speaks for itself.
