  Hired Tim’s to do some plowing for us at a commercial site. He was over 4 hours late and did the absolute worst job I have ever seen. It was so bad that corporate refused to pay not even one dollar for the work performed. He tried to threaten with lawyers and legal action and went as far as borderline harassment. I almost had to call the police. It was not my choice to not pay him, even though I wouldn’t have for a job this bad, it was corporates decision and I don’t blame them one bit. Lesson learned...don’t hire a small time one man show when a true professional is what is needed for the job.
