  Had them come out in Feb 2021. They showed up TODAY 4/4/22 and did something to our lawn (email I just now received said it was fire ant treatment). We NEVER scheduled them to come back (nor did they call saying they were going to). In short, they came onto our property, applied something to our yard, and tried to charge us $90. We called them and they said I gave permission to the gentleman who came out. Which I did NOT give permission to ANYONE. There was no invoice left or anything. Now we receive an invoice stating that we owe half ($45) because they just randomly showed up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I recently had my third lawn treatment of the year and the lawn still looks great from all of the previous services. Now I am looking forward to the aeration and the R4 treatment to go into the Summer with a great looking lawn, the best in the neighborhood, thanks to Arnie and his Team. I just spoke with Arnie to review the upcoming schedule and as usual, he was very helpful and responsive as always. I would highly recommend Unlimited Lawn for anyone who wants a great looking lawn without the hassle and concern as to what to do or when to do each critical treatment. Just call Arnie and forget about!

  Salesman was friendly, no complaints about the techs. However, I was very clear when I prepaid that I did not want auto renewal and the salesman made this commitment. When the contract expired they continued service and billing. As soon as I noticed I called to cancel. I refused to pay for the unauthorized service. I was told that an email they sent me qualified and authorization. Self authorization? They filed collection, I've put a dispute with the collections agency. They had no permission from me to continue services. Management was rude and unapologetic.. Sad thing, if they'd played nice I would have probably renewed. Now I'm considered getting a lawyer or potentially pressing charges for tresspass.
