I think my pictures tell the story. After 3 years with Unlimited Lawn Care, my Bermuda gras is being overtaken by weeds. I have tried to get them to come out and treat for weeks. They have no available staff to come out. Also, they do not have any treatments for moss so I have to treat that on my own. I highly recommend that you stay clear  of these guys.

It’s our first time using this service but Mark Hicks has been such an amazing technician. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time with what he needs to do and ensures customers are satisfied. If I could have this man work on my lawn every time I would request him to do so! He is what I prefer - one of the most communicative and knowledgeable technicians. Certainly Unlimited should make Mark Hicks a manager. If anyone has questions and concerns or what services might be needed - ask for Hicks!!!

My yard looks worse sine I started with them a year ago. When we started we had no weeds, now my yard is full of them! Customer service is terrible from the Manager.

They stopped performing service on our backyard after a few months had gone by. When we first signed up for their weed control service we made it very clear that if they didn't perform the service in both the front and the back yard, we would Not pay for that visit and cancel our service. We also informed them that there was cameras in the front and backyard and our past experiences with previous companies. Everything went smooth for the first few months. Then we started noticing that the weeds were no longer getting better and started actually getting worse. My wife caught the guy performing service in the front and not the back, even though the dogs were still inside. We saved the video footage and notified their management. They tried sending the guy back out, but trust in them performing work agreed upon was gone. This isn't the first company to do this and its why I notified them prior to signing up. And yet, even with the proof they want us to still pay a bill for 1/2 of services not rendered, theft. We have informed them to correct the invoice and we would pay for only the service that was perormed, but they decided they would rather send it to collections.

Nate with Ulimited Lawn care decided it was best disregard a large "No Soliciting" sign and leave his contact information on my door.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I don't want others to pay money for poor service.  I signed up (gave them my credit card to debit each treatment which is required) - and they didn't even come monthly to control my weeds.  They came an average of every 6-7 weeks.  I gave them my cell to call in advance of coming so I knew to unlock my gate (combination lock.). When that didn't work out for them and they would just show up when I wasn't home and they couldn't get in the backyard, I agreed to GIVE them my combination to let themselves in to do the backyard.  Again, I asked for them to call in advance but the reason was to make sure my two dogs were not outside in the backyard so a) they would be able to treat my lawn... and b) my dogs wouldn't get out and get hurt be accident.  I have to call and "ask" for them to treat my lawn.  They just don't have enough techs to treat my lawn.  So, here I am since March 2021, and my lawn has been treated 6 times including aeration.  The backyard has been treated 4x of 6x only because they just showed up and said "they didn't know the combination" so my entire backyard has weeds and my credit card is being charged without full treatment.  This company is not organized or ready to compete with any other lawn treatment company.  I went with them to save money but learned that Warren Buffet is right when he quoted: "Price is what you pay.  Value is what you get."  I have unlimited weeds, unlimited charges, and unlimited worries and time having to call every single month for help to get someone out to treat my backyard. Please do not waste your time or money.

Had them come to aerate my yard. Bad decision. While doing the front yard, I asked why the machine wasn’t penetrating the soil. No plugs were coming out at all. He said he would leave and check it, then come back later. I turned the sprinklers on in the meantime. When he came back to do it, he zoomed around super quick not even checking behind him to see if anything was working. Can’t even tell anyone attempted to aerate the yard. Completely pointless

Update:  called Northwest Landscaping to come re-aerate my yard. They got me on the schedule in a week compared to the two months I waited with ULC. There are plugs pulled everywhere throughout the yard, and they charged me $26 dollars less than ULC. Still haven’t heard back from the manager at ULC.

After 2 years of being a customer.... and dealing with lots of excuses and mediocre results.... I started getting SOLICITATIONS for a QUOTE. The first 3 times I reminded them I was a current customer.

The 4th time I asked them to make a note to not call again and that I was frustrated.  The 5th time... I told them to cancel my account.  It appears they have no notes and failed that request also.

This is an incompetent organization AT BEST.

Our lawn looked better before we had service from Unlimited. Customer service is non existent. Technicians who are disrespectful of property. After numerous treatments our weeds have taken over the lawn. While spot treating they used an 'ink' to call out spot treats which was spilled on our driveway staining it, i had to pressure wash it to get it off. I have never had such a negative experience with a lawn company.

This is about the most unprofessional lawn care place I’ve ever dealt with. They continued servicing a lawn at my former residence 3 months after I initially cancelled with them by phone and moved away. I asked for a refund after a service they provided at my former residence and they asked me for my cancellation number. I was never given one by the company following cancellation.

It doesn’t help all their communication “via email” is forwarded to your junk folder. So when they service your lawn or a payment is made Gmail will flag it as junk for it to not be seen - which is probably the way they prefer it.

I called about these issues and was met with a clueless, rude manager (Gail) and her supervisor (Lori) that basically  didn’t understand the principle of charging a former loyal paying customer for services at a residence they no longer reside.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They lost my business for a lifetime over $36. Cheap.

There is a reason for the bad reviews, I used this company's weed removal service for a year in 2018, and my weeds were getting more and more. Calling customer service was ignored, and I decided not to use their service immediately, After a year was up, I didn't sign a contract with them again, they continued to send people, I called them again and said I didn't need your services anymore, and after two months they billed me, I Didn't pay and they handed it over to a debt collection agency, the worst company I've ever seen.
