  This business has gone from bad to worse. Last year we had the HOA charge us for weeds they were supposedly spraying for. I dealt with it with them and thought it was a one off thing, but this year it's even worse. We have crabgrass, clover, and other weeds all over our yard despite having constant service. I called a few days ago to ask them to come spray again and said Please leave a service ticket so I can know what is being done. I also asked why our beds weren't being sprayed and they said we have to give permission so I said "okay, I'm giving permission, please spray the beds". Well... they finally came out today, and spent 5 minutes spraying but they didn't do beds. They also didn't leave a service ticket like requested. I tried to cancel but now I have to wait to talk to a general manager. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money at this place.

  DO NOT USE! We have had more weeds than ever in our lawn since using TruGreen. Their pesticide applications rarely seem to work. I've complained about the clover in my lawn multiple times and nothing has progressed. We decided to see how the aeration service could help our lawn and it was performed today. I came home to 6 inch deep divots in the lawn, large softball sized chunks of dirt pulled out, and large chunks of dirt left on my driveway and road with no evidence of any attempt to clean it up. I wouldn't even expect this low level and quality of service from the neighborhood kid that knocks on doors offering full lawncare for $15/month. TruGreen has destroyed my lawn, don't let them do it to you. Also, they completely missed a portion of my lawn (which I guess I should be thankful for).

  TruGreen started out good, but they really start to slack off. In the beginning they treated the entire yard and I could see the improvements in my yard. Recently I notice they didn't treat my entire yard. I have cameras in my backyard; my camera never picked up a TruGreen technician treating my backyard. One day I was at home when the technician came and I watched him, he only sprayed the front yard and part of the side of the yard. I had enough and quit my services.
