Used this company for quarterly treatments. The treatments itself were OK. I had to change the companies because my old lawn company (which did a great job) sold their business. Turf gator would be out for treatments, leave an invoice, and put a sign in yard. This past summer, I switched to auto pay. I got an auto pay notification that they took payment for a treatment. I had no invoice at the door, and no sign in the yard. I thought it was odd but forgot about it. About a month ago it happened AGAIN. this time I have camera history for a doorbell cam and another front yard camera. I found an invoice in my email to check time and day they said they came. Went through both camera history and they never showed up! I called about a week later to cancel and explain what happened. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Never got back to me and never even offered me a refund! I know for sure they took payment w/ no service once and possibly twice. I do not recommend this company.

Sent a very polite tech out to apply fertilizer and pre-emergent when fertilizer alone discussed. Had I not intercepted the application tech (very polite, communicative guy), the hours of hand-tilling seed into the ground I spent would have been all for naught. Bottom line; great field tech., office staff more interested in maximizing billing than absorbing and communicating the specific details they are given. A call was placed a week before their arrival to let them know that seed had been placed. Their instructions to their worker (polite, communicative) should have “no pre-emergent; site seeded). Would advise not to use.

I posted a negative review for this place in probably 2019. Trust me not good at the point I wrote about their service. Since that time the came out looked and offered to correct the issues the led up to my law look terrible. I want to thank them for standing up and doing right to fix an issue. With that a picture (well 2 pictures) speaks a thousand words ....
