  Coming from a local competitor we are happy to be served by Olson's. Started with last year's fall treatment and will have this year's full program. So far we feel treated as a valued customer and today's treatment from Andrew was done with knowledge and expertise. Will know more at the end of this summer. Office is organized well and treats us with respect and very friendly. They way it should be

  Unfortunately there are areas that never received thorough spring clean-up and even though I was assured it would be addressed at the next grass cutting, those areas still remain untouched in mid-July. Obviously there are significant communication issues between the call center and crews this year. They have never had this issue in previous years.

  The waitress could not have been nicer or more professional. However, we had an extraordinarily long wait for our food. Also, my husband's steak was over cooked, the green beans tasted awful and made him sick later. My dish was billed as pot roast but it was served topped with onions, peas & carrots...not traditional for pot roast. And there were more onions, peas & carrots than meat. This meal was a disaster. We will not dine here ever again.
