  I went there to get a oil filter for my friend. And I started asking questions about one of the zero turn mowers. The man that was helping me was very helpful and very informed on the tractor. I will be back to purchase the mower. They are going to call when they get a 60" cut in. If they don't call I won't buy from there.

  They are very good with talking to one person but if it's slightly busy they have a hard time acknowledging others or handling two customers at the same time.

  Let them work on my mower. Took them 3 weeks to finish it! It still does not work properly. The people that work there are not friendly. Only nice part is that they maintain a clean shop and are OK for purchasing parts from. I will not bring my equipment there for servicing again and will not purchase equipment from them. Same with Northgate Equipment. I bring my stuff to Total Tool as the owner, despite having a very messy and cluttered shop and being an alcoholic, gets stuff done right and quick. I am not aware of any shop in the area that does everything right, as they should.
