We used TruGreen and were very pleased with the improved condition of our (challenging) lawn.  It has never looked healthier, fuller & happier.  They also periodically treated for a variety of weeds and basically eliminated our Creeping Charlie — excellent!
Every technician I encountered was courteous & very considerate of our flowers & shrubs.  There was never any issue or damage.
TruGreen notified us ahead of treatment, posted signs when complete and emailed a detailed description of what services they performed — along with technician notes.
If you have been considering a lawn service, I highly recommend TruGreen.

I think this service is great. I believe I get what I pay for. Been using them for 2 years know and my yard is looking great.
In between Tru Greens Services I do my own to help my lawn to. I also water a lot especially this year with very little rain. I have watch there Techs and seen them take precautions in areas that were not growing well and they also note that. I will definitely be using them next year again. Thanks

I've been very happy with TruGreen and have been using them since 2016.  This year, with the drought, my lawn took a big hit, but they kept it looking good throughout!  We added pest control at the end of the season so will have to wait until 2022 to review that aspect.

We are very happy with the service they have provided to us. Fertilizer and weed control products have made a big difference to our yard with our Sandy soil. Even in this past dry summer we were pleased with them.

I met the owner Scott at a business networking group many years ago. I am glad to continue to give him our business after all these years. They have good customer service, the technicians are are friendly and professional, they do good work and follow up with a report of their service after each stop.
I would recommend this company for the good people who own and run it and the quality service given.

These people are crooks. Last year 2020 while I was at home I would watch the worker/s from inside the house. I kid you not the three times I was home during their "application" and yard aerating, it took them less than 15 minutes before they went across the street to do 15 minutes on my neighbors yard. I can't even walk around my yard in 15 minutes,  let alone do any yard work. Was not impressed so I did not authorize a renewal for 2021.

Fast forward to this year, I randomly get a bill saying some crabgrass prevention and bug inspection was done in April. I did NOT authorize this and haven't paid the bill. Now they are threatening to refer to collection and will therefore affect my credit. Seriously, do NOT use their service.

Hi Tina, I've tried contacting you a couple times since reading your review to discuss this with you but have been unsuccessful. You are correct in the timing it takes to complete a yard your size - technicians need to walk at a speed that allows them to cover a thousand sq/ft per minute to attain the appropriate spray ratio. We don't ever want unhappy customers and we really aim to please. We are a small business so without happy customers we wouldn't exist. As a courtesy to our customers, our services roll from year to year which is stated on the renewal/prepay letters we send out at the end of one year and the beginning of another. I don't show any notes that you contacted us to cancel your services, therefor your services auto-renewed into 2021. If we had known you were unhappy, we could have worked to fix this earlier and maybe wouldn't have lost you as a valued customer. Please give our office a call if you would like to discuss this further.

We have used TruGreen Lawn Care for two years now to improve the look of our lawn and controll the weeds. We are impressed with the appearance it has now as well as how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable the service team is!

After finding out I had a cinch bug infestation and reseeding last Fall my yard has never looked better.  I watered as instructed and even with the drought this year the grass prevailed.

They did our lawn in Grand Forks, ND. With the drought they took care of weeds that were overtaking our lawn. Also fertilized. Will use them next year. Now remember this was in Grand Forks not Pequot Lakes
