Nothing against the customer service or the folks who serviced the lawn. The price of the service is expensive. The quantity of products used on the lawn is lesser than what they mention in the receipt. More you pay the better the service you get. When you try to cancel the service they offer you the service for a cheaper price. The automated calls came after the lawn care folks serviced the lawn due to which I ended up paying $60 without even knowing I was getting a treatment. I would recommend folks doing the care by themselves instead of paying hundreds of $$$

I had 2 issues with the company, first, they send you updates when the driver is getting close your house and when they show up, so I let my wife know they were going to be there in a few minutes. She watched him pull up beside the house, sit there for 20 minutes then leave. I then received a receipt in the mail for his services even though he never got out of his truck...security cameras confirmed this. I called the company and they made an excuse that he probably did the wrong house...not. Anyway, they rescheduled and performed the work. Then, 2-weeks later, I get a bill for $92 for their services at a residence we sold last year. I had a season contract with them that apparently automatically renews unless I call and cancel it...I wasn't aware of this. When I called and explained it, the lady was very sympathetic, but her supervisor said there would be no refund. I explained that once my current contract was up (I prepaid) that I would not be getting them ever again unless they dropped the charge...they wouldn't, so I will no longer use them.

They say they preformed a service and they didn't. I was still charged for it. This has happened multiple times. They auto renewed my service when I did not authorize it. When I did service last year and I paid up front for there 6 services, I was told that was it. Nothing about being auto renewed. I don't get how they charge for a service they never did. Calling customer service is a 20 plus minute hold and they never seem to know what they are doing.
