  Made promises to get our business, kill weeds and improve lawn.(USED to be beautiful st.Augustine grass! Heron lawn service destroyed it after 9 mo.) For three months Trugreen sprayed 3-4 times to kill weeds- NONE of the weeds were killed! MORE took over and communication was poor over phone w/ them, service guy would come early, slip out, not let us know they were here! WORST Company ever! Just cancelled them.

  They’re very organized with scheduling and timing. But no service will be provided on Friday, Saturday & Sunday! Due to different technicians comes every time. My lawn became worse! They don’t inspect what’s wrong and work on fixing it with the right treatment! The bottom line TruGreen will be good for customers with a green and beautiful lawn that all what it need regular scheduled application to maintain it. But they are not here to fix !!!!! It’s been 8 months since the start my service!! I would rather go with small business owner that will take care of my yard. Not wasting my money!!!

  Moved into home in July 2021, 1st pic, with beautiful lawn. 4 months later in November with Tru Green, this is lawn, 2nd pic. First treatment guy did neighbors lawn instead of ours and had to come back. Lawn started dying beginning of September and techs never said anything. Came out Thursday a week before thanksgiving, lawn looking like this. Tech did normal service and didn't say a word about dead area. Called and asked for a supervisor to come and told couldn't come till following week. Told them I was leaving town for thanksgiving and needed someone by end of day Friday or they could cancel service. Nobody came until following Tuesday while out of town and treated for cinch bugs. Called back and told them to cancel. In January, received text that service was coming. Called in to tell them not to come that I had cancelled. They had no record of incidents in November. Would not recommend and am considering Legal action to replace lawn.
