Please see the attached documents and pictures! These people are unprofessional, dismissive and do not think that they are paid enough for inspections to do their job properly!

After speaking with Mr. Seghers, I explained that we have been in business for 26 years and have never encountered such a blatant case of seller fraud. All evidence of termites was effectively covered up by the previous home owners. All termite inspection reports are based on visual observations, which in this case revealed no evidence of termites. The seller knowingly and wrongfully did not disclose past infestations to you & Mr. Seghers. We are completely sympathetic to your unfortunate situation.

The tech, Matt, was at my home the same day I called. He was very professional and  thoroughly took care of wasps in the summer as well as followed up 2 weeks later. Has kept in touch to see if I had any other issues. Would definitely recommend ProStaff  for any pest control.

Excellent service. We used them for several years and they were always prompt. They always met our needs whether it was to help with cockroaches, fleas, or red ants. I absolutely recommend Pro-Staff to anyone needing pest control.

Technicians (Joe and Sam) are courteous and thorough. I had an earwig problem in the summer and Pro Staff took care of my concerns. I appreciate their attention to detail and explaining what they are doing before and during the service/inspection. The techs are also prompt. I feel customer service responsibility should come from office as well as technicians. Technicians shouldnt be left  to explain why I wasnt on schedule. However, their apologies were sincere and I did appreciate the explanation. Scheduling and communication from the scheduler/office needs improvement. I had to reach out to company because my bi-monthly inspection service was almost a month overdue and I hadnt heard from anyone at Pro Staff. However, after reaching out, I was put on schedule within 48 hours. Missie has been accomodating when I needed to cancel/re schedule an appointment. My services were performed by Des Moines office

I've been using Prostaff since January last year. In the beginning, I was not satisfied, but the company sent several of their managers and the owner spoke with me directly to find out what the problem was. They worked diligently to solve the problem and followed up by sending the manager frequently to check. The technician, Carlos Shelton, has done an amazing job keeping my lawn and shrubs looking nice. He's very patient to show and explain if there is any issue with the grass or shrubs. He's the best technician I've ever had come to take care of my yard.
