  I have been using trugreen for years and every year around this time this problem happens where i see lots of weed and brown/dead spot all over. Every year i call them about the issue they send the guy and he just sprays stuff without doing any analysis on what the real problem is…every year lawn looks like this. For regular service they come for service they just spray quickly and go. No one does any checks on why there is weeds on property why lawn is dying and guess what prices that pay went up from $65 to $75 a service. I am paying close to $350 a year and lawn looks really bad. Lawn is properly watered also….they just stick to applications and don’t really care about how you lawn does….i think i will just switch to my lawn maintenance guy…

  Rich and his team are top notch. We have been using this True Green for 4 years and our lawn couldn't look better. They treat my lawn like it is their own. Thank you for such great servoce and professionalism.

  this is my second season with TruGreen and they are a disaster. Customer service is always terrible here, but this year is truly special: when they came for the first service the tech thought it was a good idea to back his truck onto my lawn and then proceeded to put to huge ruts in my new lawn / seeded area when he pulled out. I have it on video and took photos (below). i have been trying to get it resolved for over 20 days now and am at my wits end. Impressively bad customer service. NOTE ON TRUGREEN RESPONSE: I have spoken to 5 different people at the company over the last 20 days, each of whom tells me someone else will be contacting me to get this resolved. Their response here is total BS.
