Our search for a landscape designer was complete when we found Kenny and his team at Borst Landscape and Design. The operative phrase regarding our new garden at our home in Montvale, NJ is “attention to detail.” Kenny listened to our vision about our design aesthetic and took into consideration that our wish was for a “cottage” garden with “deer resistant” plantings. Kenny provided us with proposed plantings and his implementation exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends are so impressed with the color, variety, placement, and peaceful atmosphere provided by our new garden. We frequently sit outside in the garden well beyond the time that our path lights turn on at dusk. An added delight is Kenny’s maintenance team. We returned home one day to find our daffodil leaves that remain after spring bloom were carefully braided in place by the garden staff to allow nutrients to flow back to the bulb while still providing us with an artful display. Now that is attention to detail!

Kenny Stagg and the Borst crew have been taking care of my yard for 2 years now. The organic lawn care and maintenance has completely transformed my yard into a golf course. Kenny recently redid all my planting beds as well as creating a magnificent surround to my new patio in my backyard. It looks absolutely gorgeous and makes the time we spend out side special.

Of all the landscaping companies we interviewed, Borst was the most responsive, professional and courteous company of them all. They came several times to discuss the plans and checked after the work was done. We even received a thank you note from the owner after we contracted them! The new plants look beautiful! I would highly recommend Borst for your landscaping needs.
