  Don’t waste your money on TruGreen weed control service. One year and over $600 later, weeds have slowly taken over my yard during TruGreens weed service. They proudly put their yard sign in the yard in the pictures below. The bare spot is where I keep having to pull weeds after paying for a professional weed service. For $50 per month, and frequent $150 “ yard aeration”, if the treatments aren’t working then they should figure something out or start pulling weeds. I would give them one star, but the customer support representative was polite.

  We have used TruGreen two different times. The last time I called and canceled our service in October of 2021 after no one had come out to our home for two months. The young lady said she canceled our services and said I would receive a call at the first of the year to see if I would like to pick the service up for the next year. She said she noted everything. Fast forward to February 09, 2022 when pulling into the driveway I see I have a sign in the yard saying TruGreen had been there. No bill on the door like in the past. I call and speak to Frank. He says he can see in the notes that the service was canceled in October. I requested the 63.95 that TruGreen deducted from my account without my authorization! Frank said I would have to speak to billing. I asked to speak to them and was told I couldn’t, they would have to call me. I asked that they call after 1:30. He said of course and added that to the notes. Frank said he deleted my account so it wouldn’t happen again. Billing call the next morning at 8:30am I was at work and couldn’t answer. I call back twice after work some lady named Missy answered but didn’t have good service so she couldn’t hear what I was saying and we were disconnected. The third time I called I got a very nice lady that really tried to help me get my money back. She went back and forth with someone trying to resolve this issue. Someone told her that they would refund half my money. I said we would never use TruGreen again. It’s Not my fault because the person Did Not correctly cancel my service!!!! We will NOT use TruGreen again simply because they did not do the right thing. More worried about a dollar than a happy customer! Communication is TERRIBLE! *Update- Someone called me from TruGreen Nashville, they listened and understood the lack of communication and apologized. They made it right by giving me a full refund. Because of this we will continue to use TruGreen going forward on our next home. Thank you TruGreen!

  I had signed up back in April 2021. We just bought a house and has TONS of weeds. Everything was going fine till they didn't want to due our backyard. I pay for the whole property and they only to the front yard. Our house does sit on a hill but they NEVER DO IT. LAZY!!!!! about 2 weeks ago I notice a charge... they charge me $195 for double treatment but NEVER double treated. I had called they said they will refund my money of $195 but instead the next day they had charge $97 again!!!! then the next day they charge me again for $97. I am going on the 3rd week without NO MONEY BACK. My credit card is high and can not pay my bills because of this issue. OVERALL do NOT use truGreen. They are a SCAM and I will be going to the BBB. Please do not use them the worse experience and waste of my money!
