Where is the Zero star? I paid for a full year in advance; it was a deal I could not resist. Since my neighbors used this company, I went ahead and used them too. Two Month before my year was up February to be exact I asked them to stop service. Unexpectedly, clover and chickweed started to grown in my lawn, Suspish!!! Very suspish!! I asked them to stop service; guess what, the customer service rep says… they cannot stop service because they cannot give me money back. I told her I was not asking for money back, I just didn’t want her people in my property. So I did not get anywhere with her, I asked to speak to someone else and I told her” Please, my last paid month is April, after April, don’t come back, I DONT WANT your service!!! “ I intentionally refused to give them my credit card number so they would not bill me for more services, as they were always trying to add services, and I was always saying NO. Well guess what, MAY comes and here is true green again, the app informed me someone was coming and I was furious, waited in front of the house and told the guy I was done, and I was no longer a customer, sent him away, but guess what else!!!! I was billed $54 freaking dollars!!! Why!!!! OMG! One year later, I get a call from a bill collections agency! OMG! I am still dealing with it, and I refuse to pay for services I clearly refused both by phone and in person, and by phone repeatedly and again! They still call me asking me, how can we earn your business again??? Seriously! Credit my account the $54 and stop calling me.

Too lazy to come out. Called 5 times to see if they could handle my property. In each case I was told that since it is over an acre, they have to come look at it. Dan Davis is the local rep and called once and said the same thing. They would apparently rather sit at home going for less than one acre lots. I used to use TruGreen for 10 years. I will go with a real local landscaper.

Our contract was recently assumed by TruGreen when our previous lawn care company sold out to TruGreen. We have been sorely disappointed with TruGreen. We don't get a whole lot of warning that the techs will be coming (one day notice). When approached as they began the service, the techs were dismissive about our concerns and questions. The fire ant treatment (a spot treatment instead of spraying the entire yard like our previous company did) doesn't work at all; we now have to wear shoes outside and watch where we step (because our kids have been bitten several times) which never was an issue while our previous company was servicing our lawn. Our lawn is not as green as it was with the other company, and we feel the price charged for such little results is unacceptable.
