  I prepaid last fall for this years service. The last 2 months I was charged for service. Apparently they auto renewed my service without me knowing about it, notifying me that it was going to happen and when I asked about it they also wouldn't refund me. They'll give me a discount for next year's service instead. No going to happen. I'll never in this lifetime use TruGreen again.

  DO NOT USE!!! Did not help and damaged our yard. I have been calling for weeks to get a manager to call or come to our yard. Instead customer service continues to add notes to my account and says I will get a call within 24 hours. Laughable. No solution and no responses from anyone in the business. I have emails with guaranteed repairs and pictures of damage progression.The only 100% guarantee you should count on is that they will ruin your yard. Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone but tru green. Update: No manager has called or replied to the email listed below. I did however get a call from a sales rep wanting me to buy a service, completely oblivious to my complaints. I was transferred and told that a manager called me yesterday. Somehow my terrible experience continues to get worse

  I have been calling for the past 16 days requesting a call from a manager. After 20 phone calls the service representative tells me the manager has made notes that he tried to contact me on several occasions. Well, had he left me a message I would be calling him back NOT customer service! They come spray my lawn every week, yet I have more weeds than I did before. They spend less than 5 minutes spraying my 1/2 acre yard, definitely not enough time to spray the entirety of the yard. Not only do they do poor quality work, use chemicals that obviously don't work, and their customer service is nonexistent. Don't waste your money
