Here’s the result of TruGreens service . They killed my lawn in 8 months and the result was $8000.00 of ripping up the death of the lawn and replanting the entire thing . Their reply was Sorry- and not refunding any of it . The first tech killed it . The remaining techs that serviced my contract tried to figure out how to save it . They couldn’t. And still they send me offers to start my service again . If you live in the Central Texas area and considering using them - DON’T !!!! Still have received  no satisfaction after 2 years of attempting to reconcile with their Rounfd Rock branch .

Don’t waste your money. Like other reviews I hired TruGreen so I didn’t have to do weed control myself. I have more weeds now than I did before tru green I also have more yellow patches. I complained about a certain type of weed one technician told me the only way to get rid of them was for me to pull them while it was wet. Next technician said he would take care of them. Here I am weeks later with a ton of weeds and yellow spots. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUY PRODUCT ON YOUR OWN. This place is a ripoff.

Since I have been using TruGreen I have been a happy camper with my yard. I can sit back and relax and not worry about the yard. It is in good hands and they kept me informed on the status of the yard and plants. They do a great job and all very professional.

I have been a customer of TruGreen for at least a couple of years now.  At first I was pretty pleased with their service, but the last year or so have been terrible.  In the beginning of my experience with them, I'd get a call the day or so before to confirm the service, and on the day of service, I'd actually see them in my yard working (if I was here) and I'd get an envelope either handed to me or at my front door showing who was on my property, the time and date of service, and all the chemicals that were used.  Nowadays.... this company will claim to "service" your yard but my surveillance cameras beg to differ.  They'll also happily charge your card for services NOT actually rendered.  And to top it off, when you call to speak with a manager about the issue at hand, you're told you'll get a call within 24-48 hours which never happens.  If you're looking for a trustworthy company that actually does the job they're hired for, this is not the company.

Don't take Lawn services from them
They are very unprofessional. I requested many times that I want to talk to manager because every customer support was giving 10 diffferent answers about my services and payments. I felt like get cheated every time. their own customer support said that other customer support gave me false information.  which rises more complications. These people are very unreliable.
Shows up anytime without notice, Never knock on the door when I asked to do that. I am still waiting for Manager to give me call back. They took my money and there is no email for confirmation. many problems..

Awful! They lied about the services I had agreed to and did not include them with my plan. Sales rep would not return my calls after I had already prepaid for the entire year. Contrary to what was promised, soil amendment and pest/disease control was not included in my plan. First visit, guy didn't even go to the backyard. He sprayed the frontyard and lied when I confronted him about it, then left. Terrible company. Take your business elsewhere.

DONOT USE.  Waste of money.  Utilized their services to try and get a better lawn which wasn't that bad off, I had good grass and one bald spot under my tree which gets no sunlight.  While I was setting up service the representative basically told me " you will be handing us the keys to your lawn and we will maintain it".  While I was only responsible for cutting.  My lawn is now the worst on the block, whatever they used killed all of my grass leaving dirt patches everywhere, I have more dirt patches than grass.  I will now have to resod everything front and back.  I will be making an attempt to get my money back as this was highway robbery.  The technician hiding behind COVID to not interact with the customer just comes sprays some stuff and leaves within minuets, and leaves a basic analysis on what is done, they donot address the immediate needs of the lawn, just spray and pray I guess.  My lawn front and back looks horrible, and there are weeds everywhere, which they assured would never pop up. And I truly believe what they sprayed affected my tree as well I cannot prove it at this time though. TruGreen you have some explaining to do.

I saw no change in my lawn for the entire year. It’s possible that they didn’t even treat my lawn as often as they invoiced me. I prepaid, you see, and they billed me twice for services they did not perform, as far as I know. I called them the first time and told them the tech didn’t even come on the property, and they rescheduled. The second time was for my very last service. I received a notification that they were here, I went to the front door to go open the fence for them, and they were halfway down the block by the time I open the door. Then I got a notification that they had completed the service.  This time, I told them not to reschedule and,  if this was my last treatment, to cancel the service and keep the $51 because I will never use them again.

My lawn looked better this time last year before they started.  I called them and told them I would not be renewing and I had one more treatment I had already paid for and looked on my service record and it had been wiped out.  Evidently they are not going to service my account that I paid for because I will not be renewing with them.  I definitely would not recommend them.  That is so unprofessional!!!

As you can see below - they responded but yet they didn't say they were going to refund me the money I paid for a service and they didn't fulfill.

I scheduled them for a lawn aeration - multiple times I saw the company truck drive up with a trailer and aeration machine, stop in front of my house and then drive away. They rescheduled five times, eventually charging me without completing the service. Every time I called, I was sent to an international call center and an operator who had no idea what was going on. They would tell me that a ‘branch manager’ would call me back and that never happened. I could never get a refund and the service was never completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will charge you, never complete the work and never give you an answer.
