Horrible, Absolutely Horrible... Im sure you've seen lawn "technicians" waving there wands spraying back and forth at some point. Well it would be nice if they took the time to Actually Spray the Whole yard. Along the edges of my yard are weeds galore. On the side of my house is basically all weeds. Emailed them to receive this response. Sorry we will re measure your lawn to be sure it's all covered. Absolutely Horrible... for the price, go somewhere else Update- after emailing the link they wanted me to about the problem, Still no response.

TruGreen's product, when applied properly, does work well. The issue here is customer service. Because of that, I canceled my service in late spring of this year. Shortly after that, my automatic-debit account was apparently suspended. I didn't know that at the time, but no problem. Paid for my last service in full and moved on with my new company, Dynamic Lawn. (Doing a great job with excellent customer service, by the way) TruGreen also sent me a confirmation via email that this was completed. After that confirmation email, I got two additional "collection notices" in the mail saying that I still owed the money, so I called again. I told their (heavy accent and difficult to understand) representative that I paid it and they said that they couldn't accept my forwarded email confirmation and that I'd have to send it to another email address and that someone would call me within 48 hours. That was on Wednesday this week. As anticipated, no one called. I called them again today (Saturday) to discuss, and they can't help me either, saying that they'd have to forward my issue to a different manager. It's poor customer service that lost me (and my neighbors) as a customer for life. TruGreen should be embarrassed that they're losing customers because of poor account management.

I have the TruGreen lawn service and tree/bush service. I have been pleased with the results. The technicians perform their job well and are always respectful.
