I use this company year round for my lawn services, bush trimming, and snow removal and they have always done a fantastic job. Craig always offers suggestions and helps us solve outdoor situations.
Response from the owner
Thanks for the review Aaron, we enjoy helping you out with these projects year around, we understand that some people are very busy and can’t do the work they want done in the yard. We enjoy helping you and your family out by handling these projects for you. Thanks again, The Peytom Team

I did not even have a chance to use this business. Owner called to talk down to me and try to mansplain to me how to estimate landscaping. Must not want a lot of business. Don't even bother calling for quotes.
Response from the owner
Hi Nicole, upon receiving your phone inquiry, it is unfortunate that you were not able to experience the professionalism that has kept us in great standings in the Macomb Township area for almost 2 decades. Our company does not give quotes over the phone due to varying property sizes and many other factors that need to be evaluated in person. This was explained to you on the phone, and we offered to send an associate out to look at your residence after the completion of the ongoing current snow event. An inspection of your property would have allowed us to provide you with the most accurate quote possible that would be fair to both you and our company. -The Peytom Maintenance Team.

Hired for 3/4 of a season to plow snow at my 85 year old dads house. He has a small basic drive way in Shelby. It was $426 for the season. Didn’t get much snow. Came out about 5 times. Received complaints from family members about the snow not being plowed when the visited. He just sent me a bill for $71 for doing more than what the contract stated. FYI you need to hire an attorney to understand the contract and there is no way to verify how many inches of snow he moved. Anyhow, I paid the $71 to make him go away. I would look elsewhere. Lesson learned.
