Have been complaining for over 2 years that crab grass was getting out of control. Each time I complained they would send someone out at no charge. Until my camera captured a TrueGreen employee servicing half of my lawn. I refused to pay for any of the services for this year but they sent me to collections. How do I know if my lawn was even serviced? See my pictures and video.

Calling them should not be such a pain... There was a language barrier that made it hard to communicate my needs. Also, I don't understand why their flea service begins so late in the year when the fleas are out NOW. Highly considering switching companies, probably a family owned that will be more flexible.

was having service done at 3 homes. Paid bills electtronly thru bank they placed the money some were other than my account. then started calling for payment. Contacted my bank and they contacted Trugreen and then they found my payment. canceled all 3 houses and now they performed service to one of the canceled homes. Called them and want me to pay only half for there mistake. Never do buisness with this company.
