I had them for about two years. Always had weeds in my yard. I called and told them several times but nothing changed. I told the techs when they came also. Finally I called and cancelled. One month later I get an automated call that there is a scheduled maintenance. I had to call again to cancel, and they wanted me to talk to someone else who would call me. I told no I already talked to two people that I want to cancel.

Can't even give 1 star. TRULY WASTE OF MONEY. My advice would be to stay away from this company. Literally I had to fight with the team after every application - either they don't do proper application ( which I noticed in my camera ) or I will have to call them for re-application every time ( which they say is free ). I don't want their free service, if they do their work properly. Don't want them to spray toxic product again and again on my lawn. I have been with them for 2 years now, thinking that some day my lawn will good as TruGreen has the name. As a company it has the reputation, but not sure if customers are getting the same. Look out for other options before you chose them.

Horrible service from the Suwanee unit. My once beautiful lawn has been completely destroyed with weeds. In fact, you can barely see any bermuda in the lawn. Service technician sprints through the lawn and 2/3rd of the lawn barely gets any chemicals. I requested several times to speak to the field manager, but no response. Please see the pictures below and decide for yourself if you want to use the service from this provider.
