  Chief complaint- Cannot trust that the service you’re billed for will be done. Monitor this company if you decide to hire them. We were a customer of this company for about 4 years (2018-2022). Initially, it was for weed control. Our initial consult was in the summer. We were told that we would see results within 6 weeks. We did not. Though the tech completely oversold their ability we continued our consumer relationship, and by spring of the next year the yard looked healthy and there was indeed less weeds. We were happy, and decided to try their mowing/maintenance service. The yard did not look professionally manicured-beds not weeded, edging looked hit or miss-so we ended that service after two visits but kept the weed control portion in tact. The service quality abruptly declined when I witnessed the tech taking a 3-4 minute stroll down the side of my yard but claiming on the billing invoice that he had treated the entire yard. We called to complain, and the tech was sent back out. The same thing occurred. I called again to find out how do they (the office) ensure that their employees are completing their tasks. I spoke with Kera this time. She put me on hold saying she would check their GPS. As I’m on hold, Chuck gets on the phone to inform me that just because someone is fast at their job doesn’t mean they’re bad at their job. Translation-you didn’t see what you saw. He offered to come and investigate but after being called a liar, I decided it was time to part ways. By the way, My home has video cameras in the front and back yard. The company has GPS tracking according to Kera. What I stated is easily provable. But when Chuck decided that offending me was a great way to defend his tech, I decided that trust had been severely broken and I would be suspicious of any future treatments performed by this company. So I cancelled all future services, and will use one of the 4 other companies that come into our subdivision. This made me question the amount of times we may have paid for services and product that was not even completed. I shouldn’t have to walk behind you watching you or search through video footage to ensure you are fulfilling your end of the contract, and if I do (as in this case) I shouldn’t be doing business with you. **Update** Chuck (who I was later told is the owner) showed up at my property uninvited, and commenced to walking around/trespassing. I felt very uneasy and uncomfortable with his presence and asked him to leave my property. Fearing that the techs may decide to show up, I called the dispatch to alert them and to say if this happened, I would call the police. She hung up in my face. Be very careful with these people.

  Dennis from Magnolia is extremely knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to make sure that the product and service is completely working on my lawn. I have been struggling with prickles and thorns that took over in my yard making it impossible for the kids to walk through the grass. Dennis was able to get it under control and gone. He advised me on how to handle the yard inbetween treatments. I would recommend Magnolia lawn care to anyone.

  4/2021 - We are still with Magnolia and I am still happy with their services and pricing! 2018 - Magnolia Lawn has done a great job for us. We have used them for several years now and we have no issues. There has been a time or two that we saw a break out of weeds and the tech made it right. I have recommended them to others and they have good reports as well.
