Awful company and service. I used them for 2 years and although initially they did a decent job- after a few months they simply stopped showing up. They would send me “notifications” that my lawn service was done on a particular day - but no one ever showed up. This happened multiple times. We were home all day during times that the company would text us “your lawn has just been serviced” (or something to that effect). When In reality, nobody even came. (We have a very large lot and would not have missed seeing a person, walking around the back yard). I reported this to the office, and was promised a free service - but again they didn’t show up, even after several more phone calls. This was 2 years ago, and I am still getting phone calls and mail requesting my business. I tell them every time to take me off their calling list. But they just keep calling. It is obvious that they have kept zero record of the issues I reported.

They killed my grass all over my yard! They did try to make it right but it was a pain coordinating it and it will be well over a year before it kinda goes away.

Look at our backyard!! The ONLY thing growing after their weed service is WEEDS! We have called and been promised a technician will come out and see our lawn. Nothing after a week. I've called and called only to be put on hold every single time. When I finally got through, I believe he said his name was Steve answered and when I said I had a problem with the service he hung up!! TruGreen has become absolutely awful what happened to you guys!? Our yard used to make us proud and now it is an embarrassment to see! Shame on you TruGreen.
