  This was my third, but last season with Greens Keepers. At first, everything was great. Yard was weed free and green. Service renewed each year automatically and I wasn't bombarded with up-sells to my service. I was a happy customer until this spring. I have ugly brown patches all over my yard. My front yard is especially horrible. I sent pictures to the company and told them to cancel my service. While they did apologize and admit it looks bad, they didn't offer a solution or try to keep my sevice. Just wished me good luck. What kind of place isn't willing to do what they can to keep a customer? I'd advise to steer clear and go with someone else.

  Used them 2019 summer season. They are responsive to come out when called. However, I had to call them multiple times. The broad leaf service was initially done. I had to call them multiple times. Calls were made due to the yard was covered with dandelions and during the summer drought, my back and side lawn was completely green because of the crab grass weeds. They'd been out a few times to fix the issues. Treatments never did a thing. Or, they just placed a note on my door and didn't apply anything.

  A technician treated our lawn and had the completely wrong address. I'm not sure how they mistook our street for another when our street sign is clear and unobstructed. They put an EARLY summer HIGH NITROGEN fertilizer down when it's almost August and we have been trying to get past dry grass and nitrogen burn from June. I'm afraid our grass will be ruined. I am NOT happy.
