We tried using Bryan/Trinity Lawns to get help with our lawn we had always maintained because my work schedule had gotten to be too busy. When we started having issues, and we reached out to the owner Bryan, all he ever had was excuses and immediately blamed us for doing something wrong. He blatantly denied that his workers sprayed product that killed our well established fescue (was a fescue area for 10 years) and charged me $500 to over seed other areas of fescue in our yard last fall, that did not take due to incorrect technique by his staff. See pictures below. Absolutely no aeration or disturbance of the bare soil was done, fescue seeds just thrown on bare soil. As I have personally over seeded my own lawn for decades, I knew this would not work and that with anything more than a light rain, it would wash the seed out, which is exactly what happened. When I reported that my fescue was only in a pile at the bottom of my hill, he blamed me for not watering deep enough. When in comparison, the fescue I had personally over seeded and watered by hand twice a day last fall was looking great.... well, WAS GREAT: TILL, right after his guys did a chemical application, the fescue started yellowing and dying. My husband and I BOTH told his workers MANY times to not put down ANYTHING in the front that would harm the fescue! Bryan stated the death of my fescue was the extra cold winter and/or lack of rain, which is complete BS as fescue is a cold weather grass and all our other fescue areas, even in unirrigated areas, were fine. Bryan also denied that his guys ever put down any rye in my lawn, when you can clearly see the rye patches in the photographs in the pictures below where his guys over seeded. Note the splotchy patches of fescue (green)/ rye(light green)/dormant bermuda(brown). The bare soil areas are all areas that I paid $500 to have fescue over seeded. Now all I have is DIRT. My lawn has never looked worse. Trinity Lawn/Bryan ruined our lawn we have taken pride in for many years. He blatantly denied they were responsible, refused to apologize and refused to refund my money or fix my lawn, he was extremely rude and tried to blame my horrible looking lawn on everything from Oklahoma weather; cold/drought to our underwatering, to even moles in my yard. No, Bryan, the only thing that caused my lawn to look like this was your uneducated lawn staff. Do not use this company if you have any lawn needs OTHER than simple Bermuda preemergent and fertilizing. It is clear that he does not know or does not train his workers on how to correctly deal with mixed fescue/bermuda lawns. We now have to deal with this hideous lawn that took us 10 years to establish, and the sad part is we paid him several hundreds to have the results seen in the pictures below. Had he offered to rectify this problem I would have rated more than 1 ⭐️, but when you play the blame game and will not even take accountability for your errors, I refuse.

we had out Christmas lights hung by Trinity Lawns and there was a string of lights not working immediately after being hung so we called the young lady who was present when lights were hung, she said no problem, we will be out to look at them. They came back and fixed the lights, i was never told it would be at an extra cost to what I already paid for and agreed upon. Then a month later I received an email stating I had a balance due. I emailed back and forth stating I have bank statements showing I paid for my service, Bryan Raymer then emailed back stating it was an extra $500 dollars for them to come back and trouble shoot the lights. This company does not stand behind their services and does not communicate things such as extra costs. Do not use them, they are not trustworthy. It has been over a year since all of this and now Bryan Raymer has turned it over to collections. Save yourself time and trouble from dealing with this man and company.
