Jed Pitzer took the time to find the perfect trees, the perfect lighting, and always was extremely helpful in the design I was hoping for. They EXCEEDED every expectation that I had for my new home. They are 1st CLASS and worth every dollar you will spend.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT. I have an HOA where my dues pay for lawn service so I unfortunately I do not get a say in who gets used. In 2 years, I have formally complained at least 8 times. On 2 different occasions they broke things and left without mentioning it one of those times being a broken cintronella candle where they left the liquid all over my rug and concrete. They've messed up my gate to the point it barely latches. I get mistakes happen but when you don't even metion it or you repeadedly keep making them on almost every visit, that's a major issue. Most recently they sprayed and complety covered my dogs bowls and chew toys when they could of just moved them. Lauren who I spoke with was just defensive and kept deflecting when I tried to explain all of my issues. She just kept saying "we called you back didn't we?" What I want is for your employees to give some sort of customer service to where these things stop happening. They are so so bad.

  Pitzer's performance is spectacular! Used them for all of our initial developments and actually neighboring states commercial developments. Quality and integrity going more than expected always!
