  When I was in store everyone was very friendly. Dissatisfied with the product I received from there. I went in for a 4' countyline rotor tiller. The one in store had a missing pto shaft and the parts box was opened. I was offered a replacement pto shaft from the store at a 90% discount. Why would I have to purchase an item that should be included? I chose to purchase the 5' tiller instead as it appeared to have everything. After the offload and unpacking happened, that's when it became clear that this one was damaged and missing parts. The user's manual was the first thing. Had to download that. Ok that was fine. Found out the manual was missing because the case for it was broken off of a bracket. There was no PTO shield, or A-arm plates and two bushings. I gave up looking for everything that was missing at this point. I chose to return it and not deal with replacement parts and possibly getting a "discount" for everything that was missing. I took my business elsewhere.

  I was just there today and I recently order a motor bike and the company that shipped it sent it to the wrong address instead of me so they sent it to tractor supply and that's where I met Tom one of the workers or manager he was really generous on helping me and my boyfriend put my bike together today for us. I really appreciate the world for people like him. Thanks Tom😊☺

  Worst store I've been in came 30 miles to get propane to be turned away I'm closing all my accounts will not do business with any more tractor supplys
