Been fighting these people since may of last year to get my fence installed/ finished. This is how they left it in August of 2021 and put it down as "finished" on their file. Would not recommend at all specially if you got dogs

Totally horrible visit to your store. No cashiers, staff there bickering among themselves. When I did start to self checkout THEN someone came out of the woodwork to watch me. THEN had person behind me denied veterans discount because they hadnt registered at THAT store. They were registered in Osage Beach...hmmm.  Wont be back.

I drove 45 minutes to pick up a tool that the app said was in stock. Upon arrival I found out that they would not price match their online prices. Also they could not find it even though they show they had them in stock. I ended up ordering the tool that I needed from Menards while waiting on the manager. Needless to say their competitor was much easier to deal with than them.

The store itself is great, I have been able to find what I needed, the staff is friendly and helpful, but I am giving the store 3 stars because the music IS SO LOUD! I cannot even think with the horrible Christmas music blasting through the store. I love Christmas music, but the music they are playing in this store makes me never want to come me back in! It wouldn’t be so bad if they would simply turn it down! I feel bad for the employees…

We waited 20 minutes for an associate to come help us in tools. That is after we flagged down 2 people that said "No not my area." We walked up front to get help. Then when we got our item there was only 1 self checkout open, 3 were down and only 1 person checking people out. We got up there scanned our item and had to wait for the 1 cashier to come verify the item because it was big. Then we asked to type in our ID and she said you can't do that at self checkout you have to get back in line. Well we were behind the guy you are helping now. She said to bad go to the back. Which was 9 deep now and she had no help. She called 3 times for help and no one would come up. Terrible customer service!!!! We left our $400+ item there and left. Home Depot here we come.
