I just went in tractor supply in galax and asked manager for any discounts on their chainsaws fully planning on buying a new husky! Matthew Largen manager of store informed me they weren’t “Galax yard sale page’ and walked off! How did he get to be manager with that insolent attitude??? I am going to Lowe’s!

I got the utility gates I needed, Tractor Supply had the best price on them. Posts were purchased elsewhere. Just what I needed. I had to sand down and repaint some small rust spots since they are stored outside, but they were minor.

Ordered online and was told my item would be there in 4 days, which was Wednesday. Called they said it wasn't there. Went by on Saturday and it took the employee several times to find my item. He brought it out and handed it to me, I am 65 years old and a woman. He didn't tell me it was extremely heavy and did not offer to carry it out for me. Was very disappointed in the service from this employee.

08/22/21. As always good, friendly staff. Everyone had masks on which makes me feel better. Looking for packs of seeds for cool-weather crops (kale, spinach, etc.) Both Walmart and Lowes have gotten rid of their seed packs for the season. AJ the cashier pointed me in the right direction and then signed me up for a TS loyalty card. Great experience!

10 months ago… Good staff. Always friendly. Big problem here... most of the employees were not wearing masks. They’re being helpful, but not helpful. Get the masks on.

From the beginning of the pandemic, the health and safety of our Team Members, customers and communities has been of the utmost priority for Tractor Supply. As an essential needs-based retailer, we believe we have a responsibility to our Team Members and customers to promote a safe environment in our stores.

We have educated our Team Members on social distancing and supplied them with personal protective equipment (plexiglass shields, gloves, masks, face shields, sanitizer). The Centers for Disease Control continues to advise that masks and face coverings are an effective tool to combat the spread of COVID-19.  In accordance with the CDC’s best practices, we are requiring face masks/coverings to be worn by Team Members and customers, and we are providing free masks in our stores for anyone who needs one while shopping. We will address this with the store manager and district manager. We appreciate the chance to respond.

I had a nursing mother cat that was sick and unable to produce milk. The associate at Tractor Supply was very nice and helped me find everything I was looking for. The best part was he seemed genuinely concerned as well. I wish I had wrote his name down so he could get credit for a great job.
