Had a great shopping experience at s jewels. I had furniture ordered in July from a NC furniture store. November delivery was moved to January. Stopped into the Galax store just looking around and was greeted by a lovely lady named Alesha. I told her my story of furniture delays and she immediately started showing me around the store to see if anything caught my eye. I saw A few things that interested me. She also checked availability and showed me similar items. Went home and got my wife then returned to the store. My favorite salesperson was waiting for me . She showed my wife several items and checked their availability. Long story short is: Alesha was friendly, professional patient. We wound up with everything we were looking for ( most everything was on sale at great prices). The whole staff was great. If you are looking for furniture this is the place to go.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!. Always something on sale at great prices. Very nice quality of furniture. Will continue to shop here.

They were friendly, informative. They have name brand furniture and appliances. They are well made..They do have payment arrangements to suit your budget. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will purchase more in the future.
