This company had a major hydraulic mishap on my property. NEVER cleaned it up and said sorry....pay up! Owners are complete and total a$$ holes....period.
Do not let the owners response fool you. They left my property for the day and cleaned nothing! They NEVER said sorry once.
Just read all the negative reviews on Google and Facebook and judge for yourselves.

This review is not true. We did have a hydraulic fluid leak which we apologized for several times. (Leaks such as these are not common but can happen and most of it was on pavement not his lawn) We also went back the very next day and several times thereafter to clean it up. We even went above and beyond our contract and power washed his driveway as an extra measure. Then, after all of the work we did to correct the issue, we had to send him to our attorney for collections. By the way, this sprinkler system was put in two years ago and now the false, slanderous review? We will be discussing this slander with our attorney.

Steve has come to my house twice to 1) fix a broken sprinkler line and 2) blow out my sprinklers. Both times he has done a fantastic job. He showed the broken sprinkler line to my wife and fixed it and adjusted other sprinkler heads. All this was done quickly and very affordably. He has also come to blow out my sprinkler lines and he did a great job also. He ran me through exactly what he was doing and explained things to me. He is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Will be using TLC and requesting Steve for all my other needs. Thanks very much!

Jason, Kynnedy and Richard are the BEST. Kennedy is always so happy and fun to talk to. Richard manages the lawn crew well and keeps his word and Jason does a great job in mowing and edging.

I asked TLC for two separate issues, my sprinkler system with replacing heads and adjustments as well as relocating heads and I started a project of building a two and three layer rock front flower wall.  They were here quickly and took care of all my sprinkler issues.  I know they have lots of customers asking for landscaping projects but they are doing everything thing they can to fit me in their schedule.  I would recommend TLC to anyone, I have seen their work and they professionals.  Derek.

We used TLC for lawn care maintenance for less than a year. We had nothing but problems. Like other people have noted in their 1-2 star reviews, we had issues with TLC properly cancelling services as requested, wrongful billing by TLC, and encountering appalling communication by TLC employees. We should have read all the rotten TLC online reviews before hiring this company. Advise. Your results will be the same if not better with Scott's Triple Action in the spring and an organic fertilizer prior to over seeding in the fall and then a lime treatment. If you want more excellent lawn care advise, go to the Johnson County Extension Office's web page. They work with K-State's Horticulture department.  If you need to hire out aeration or dethatching services, find a recommendation for someone on Nextdoor. I have recently discovered Nextdoor is an excellent source for recommendations and even a better source to search for who not to use.
