  When my backflow valve gave out, Custom Lawn & Landscaping answered the call. The customer service rep (I can't remember her name) was fantastic. No one was available to look at it immediately, but she made sure someone came by to turn off the water until a tech could come out later to repair it. Jason G, the Irrigation Dept Manager, helped me. He took the time to explain everything for what best suited my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He even went out of his way to adjust the sprinkler control to run more efficiently for the season. Jason had my system back up and running in no time. I would strongly suggest using Custom for any of your lawn needs! The service is truly something you don't see too often these days!

  Jason was very helpful! I had running water outside my house in the middle of the winter. Initially I thought it may be my irrigation system and Jason came out within an hour of me contacting Custom Lawn and Landscape. We identified the issue to one pipe that was not the irrigation system, and he helped walk through the best solution for my problem. I will be using Custom Lawn and Landscape for future needs!

  Custom Lawn & Landscape did an awesome job mowing my yard spring and summer. Tom maintained the sprinklers and they worked great all year. Cole did a great job with the fall fertilizer.
