Update: The company has followed up since I posted this review, and has explained and given me the revised quote in a timely fashion, I have updated the review to match. I'll update further if I decide to go with them. Was an hour late to appointment with no notice, I had to contact to ask if they were going to show up at all. Ghosted (stopped responding, after multiple followups) after asking for some modifications to the original quote. Avoid.

Mr. Bergman, I’m sorry we failed to communicate with you about your quote changes. Unfortunately we lost our manager due to family health problems and he had to moved back to Georgia. We have since hired a new manager who is reaching out to follow up with quotes that were lost in the transition. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. If there is anything we can do to make this right and earn your trust in out company we will make all efforts to do so.

This is a awesome company. They took great care of my lawn, gutters etc. Extremely nice people, great experience doing business with them. Never had a problem..
