Your cleaning expectations are not even close to what I consider standard. The floors are sticky with some type of greasy residue. I’ve had to re-mop twice to get it off. There was dust and spider webs on the bathroom light fixtures even after I specifically asked them to look up for webs. I’m not sure they even vacuumed thoroughly. I still found leaves tracked in downstairs. The house never smelled as if it had been cleaned.

Nowhere near perfection. We were promised by Tiffany herself that every client has a binder of photos to ensure all decor is intact and in place every time. Inventory was never taken as we constantly found broken or messed up items such as lamps, missing linens, lightbulbs out, and a broken sofabed.... we were never informed of these routine needs thus inventory is never taken. Snoopy employee, Trash has been left behind from pickup, Linens have been left unpresentable more than 3 times that we have seen ourselves. Sinks, toilets, and floors left below subpar with grime and slime visible to the eye. Luckily, we engage with our tenants so when they give us feedback we pass it along with where applicable but mostly we have had to come behind these cleaning crews and do their work for them to ensure our rental is clean. Cleaning and property management Standards promised WERE NEVER DELIVERED.

As a business owner, the term "time is money" is more then just a saying. It's a way of life anymore. But even in today's world of hustle and bustle, nothing is more important then quality and attention to detail. Especially in the world of customer service. That said. I can tell you, I have never spent better money, or received better value for my time, as i have when I called Tiffany. I had a different business taking care of 2 rental cabins for me. And while they did a fair job, There was always excuses and rescheduling on why they couldnt be there that day, ect. ect. Well one day I had guest showing up in just two days, and once again they were STILL giving me the run around. So I called Tiffany and she actually met with me that afternoon! She knew I was on a time crunch, And by the next day there were 3 crews at my cabins, getting them ready for my guest! she even personally worked late to make personalized welcoming gifts for both family's. I mean start to finish, it was amazing what her company was able to do for me. And the attention to the small details were unsurpassed. Now because of the service I recieved, Tiffany handles both property's for me entirely. from the landscaping to the bed making. If I could give this company 10 stars I definitely would! Thank you again Tiffany!!
