  F&N Landscaping with Carlos Rios is a business that I support 100%. After moving to Hiawassee I met Carlos who put in a retaining wall and built a carport at my residence. I use F&N Landscaping for my yard maintenance, I am very pleased. Carlos has done painting, pressure cleaning, dock repair and beam installation for me. He arrives on time, prepared to work. His crews are polite and hard workers. I recommend this company and Carlos for anyone looking for good service with excellent results.

  Since I moved here, to the Hiawassee area we have always heard about Carlos and the great work he does and his attentiveness to every detail and meeting and even exceeding expectations. We finally had the pleasure of working with him and let me tell you folks the man does not disappoint. He is awesome! He is the one that you want to hire for all your landscaping and hardscaping masonry work! Always comes recommended from Larry at the North GA stone.

  Carlos and his crew are swift, efficient, and creative in their work. They know what to do and when to do it to keep your lawn and planting beds in peak condition. F&N also does impressive masonary work and we have recommended them often to others in our subdivision.
