  Purchased my HRX217 and my Stihl FS56 during the corona pandemic. Came in there not knowing exactly what I wanted, and while legislation said I couldn't enter the store, the salesman was super patient and brought out multiple models of mowers until I was sure what I wanted. Walked me through how to operate each one, and fueled and did final inspection before sending me home. Awesome experience!

  Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, I have used this shop quite a bit over the years for chainsaw repair. They do a good job, I have had bad experiences with other shops keeping saws for weeks and get them back with same problem, Thompsons actually fixes tools you take to them. Would definitely recommend.
