Sure do miss working there, love the cashier Olympics lol the lady that helped us at costumer service was awesome. She was taking returns back, then came and cashed us out. Very friendly!! Also Bertha is awesome y'all should give her a raise... Great job guys/gals

I had a customer service issue and the Manager Geoff handled it professionally and promptly. He shows he really cares about his customers and wants his staff to give the best service possible. Geoff also is very approachable. He was able to tell me exactly where two items were in the store.

Home Depot and this store in particular is a joke! Last year I ordered a grinder for in-store pick up. The website said they had 3 in stock. About 4 hours later I got a text that my order had been cancelled because the item was not in stock. I waited the 2-5 days for a refund then ordered the item to be delivered from homedepot.com. The item shipped but never arrived. It took Home Depot 3 weeks after the arrival date to investigate and decide to refund my money... Another 3-5 days waiting for the funds to be returned to my card. In the meantime my husbands birthday came and went and had to buy the grinder at Ace hardware. Fast forward to Christmas.... I order a battery for in-store pick up giving home Depot another try because they stock the brand my husband prefers. Same story, 4 hours after placing my order I get a notice of cancellation because they don't have the item.... The website said they had 7 in stock. This time I had dared to use a $200 gift card from my employer... Meaning I have to wait 7-10 business days to get a check. I tried to place the order at another location.... Same email about no stock and waiting again 3-5 days for a refund. They now have $500 of my money and I have no battery.... Every time I have called or gone to home Depot no one has ever apologized for the error or all the work and headache this has caused me. Worst customer service and experience I have ever had!
