  Very disgusted with this place!! Would not give military discount despite us having our military ID and showing them. Staff was very rude to us as well! Too bad I can't give a negative score because this Home Depot has certainly earned one.

  The customer service here is horrendous! The staff would rather watch paint dry than help you. I’ve been here on several occasions and their customer service is consistently non existent.

  Home Depot in Alexandria you have the BEST employees! I’ve been back and forth to this store for the past few weeks gathering supplies for my remodel. Lillian in the paint department was very helpful in assisting me with my paint colors. She made sure I bought the CORRECT base paint to mix with the colors I picked out for my home. Lawrence (gentleman in the pictures) assisted me EVERY time (and I mean EVERY TIME) I purchased items that needed to be put in my vehicle. And EVERY TIME he serviced with a smile (just look at the pictures). Lawrence is so attentive, respectful and helpful. He made sure the items I purchased were put safely in my vehicle to be transported! THANK YOU LAWRENCE!! And thank you Home Depot Alexandria for hiring such great employees who know the meaning of customer service!
