Super helpful staff, came in looking for an old style 24v transformer and was not only directed to one that would work but gave me some great background info on the choices available.  Unfortunately the correct one would have to be ordered, but I left with more knowledge.  Thanks!

Stopped in to buy a toolbox and was lucky enough to get an employee, Andy, who was willing to sell us the floor model and help load it in my vehicle. Best customer service I've received at this store, will definitely choose the Grafton location again!

We had special ordered some unfinished cupboards and cabinets. When I went to pick them up, the Associate that pulled my order also helped me load the material in my truck. Home Depot YOU ROCK!

I pay $40 to get door measurements and wait over 1 month for a measurement to get done.  No phone call follow up about next step. I finally call and come in to order door- no one who knows how to work computer for that is available. I come another night same thing no one knows how to order a door. No cross training. Just give me my $40 back and I’ll go to a private company !!

Store was clean and friendly employees.  I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way down to the other side of the store to ring up my can of spray paint.  It would be nice to have some self check out registers on the north end of the store too.

Selection of nails I was looking was not in stock, but I did purchase the next best length.  In and out very quickly with self check out  and my pro discount saved me 4 bucks!

This is what I'm talking about! They have everything you just might need. Their prices are very fair, and their customer service is excellent. I have been shopping their since they opened, and have only had positive experiences. Recently I had to return s fairly expensive item that I had used and did not perform the I had hoped, they accepted the return with a smile and kind word!

One more thing I love about This place is the children craft workshops that they host! Coolest thing ever! My kids love the Chanukah Menorah Workshop.

Good store with typically great products.  But in this case they no longer sell cable tv connection products leading me to Amazon to get what I needed.

Young man Dave backed by the refrigerators and freezers actually went on the truck and found the one freezer that came in and loaded it on a cart brought it out for us exceptional and above and beyond

Home Depot has a lot of inventory and it’s convenient, but their customer service is poor. Every time I have questions I’m either told “this isn’t my department”, “I’m not sure” or asked if I checked the website. I’ve called the store to verify if certain items are in stock and was told again to “just check the website....” (the website doesn’t always reflect the actual inventory...) I’ve had several experiences with workers cutting boards under size. I wanted to get a door knob re-keyed once and I was told I have to come Monday through Friday between 7am and 3pm and that I can’t leave it there overnight to pickup when it’s done. I’m definitely not taking time off work for that. Will I return to Home Depot? Probably.... but I’ll be sure I don’t need any help when I do. If I do need help I’ll go to Ace Hardware. Please step up your training Home Depot!
