What an amazing experience from start to completion! We have an easement with a fairly long retaining wall that was breaking apart and allowing our backyard to begin falling back down into the easement. I had reached out to Mark to get an initial quote, which I was very comfortable with after he explained the work to be done and the timeframe to complete everything. I then worked with Jon, who helped to coordinate the timing of the work, not to mention helping answer my many follow-up questions! Once the work started, I took pictures every day to watch the progress, and every day, there was something new completed, which was exciting to follow! Not only that, but the entire project was completed well ahead of the time quoted! Super excited to see the final product and I am confident it will be there to stay for the long haul! Thank you Mark, Jon and the crew at Quality Landscape! You are AWESOME!!

I have more weeds and damage to my lawn since I hired them. They literally made 2 passes across our front lawn and 3 across the back for each application. Never got off that machine to get close to our fence or near our patio. Charged $50 each time! I have enclosed a note or made a call to talk about this asked to talk to the owner but never got in touch with him! Not sure how you continue to be in business with this kind of service! Lots of others out there please don’t waste your time with Quality Lanscape!!!

Hi Tammy, I am sorry that your not happy with our service. Over the past season, we identified leaf spot fungal disease, chinch bug infestation, and creeping charlie present in your lawn. Unfortunately a standard weed control and fertilization program is not a cure-all for every disease, insect, and invasive weed that can affect the turf. In August, we provided you information about these lawn problems and suggested additional services to improve the lawn’s health. At that time you stated you would obtain an insecticide and treat the chinch bugs yourself. We did drive past and your front yard that we treated that does not have any of these diseases looks great. I understand we won't be doing your applications anymore and that's ok. You really need to have the insecticide application done or those chinch bugs will destroy your entire lawn. Who ever you hire next if they don't do this you will continue to lose more of you lawn. In regards to how the products are applied, it is by design that we stay 15 feet away from the driveway, road, beds, etc. The machines are calibrated to broadcast 15 feet on either side. If we got too close to your patio, you would have fertilizer or weed spray all over the patio area. In addition, if the products were not applied correctly you would see significant streak lines in the grass. Sorry this didn't work out.

We hired them for our newly built home. Lawn installation, full landscape design and installation, sprinkler system and lawn weed treatment. - Their Project Manager John only came out once at the beginning and months later. When I raised concerns he came back with rude remarks and no follow up. Besides their main guy the team he managed couldn't drive the project to completion. - The owner who lives in NB ignored our calls and had his PM John return his calls. Just didn't care about an almost 6 figure job. He obviously wasn't interested in our satisfaction. - We have serious drainage problems since they didn't grade our back patio correctly. Resulting in several plants dying from too much water. We had standing water at the base of our house. We had them out multiple times and they only made excuses like "you might have a natural spring in your yard.". Our backyard has a significant slope and it was bone dry before they showed up. Now I am hiring another company at significant expense to fix this and numerous issues with their services. All the excess water caused numerous issues with growth of organic matter and deterioration of the stone work grout. - Last summer we had weeds popping up everywhere. Clover was out of control. My neighbors use Trugreen and their lawns were clover free. Getting rid of clover is easy as long as you hit the right areas. They said they would come back and retreat it, but never did. I found it funny when the guy applying the treatment made a comment about how wet the yard was near the house. I told him to let his boss know. Once again no follow through. I hope people read this review before getting involved in a large scale project with them. There are better options. I've posted a review previously and it was removed. Don't take this down. Hard working people spending serious money need to know.

Thank you and we appreciate your feedback. Sounds like you are disappointed with the landscape project services we completed approximately 18 months ago in July of 2020. We replaced all dead plant material within one year as is our warranty. Over the course of the project from planning through completion, we had dozens if not hundreds of communications with you by phone call, email, text message, and in person. Every call and email was responded to. At no time throughout the entire process was this type of dissatisfaction expressed. In fact, we received numerous compliments upon the project completion which is why we are confused by the nature of this post. Mark, our company owner, was on site multiple times to meet with you or Beth. He also met with your concrete contractor and builder to make sure the driveway and walk were installed correctly, though serving as general contractor was not part of our agreement. Again, it is confusing to us why you would say the owner doesn’t care. The lawn did face some challenges, but we kept in contact and suggested additional steps to help build a better lawn root structure. We’re sorry that you are unhappy with the results of your project. Best of luck to you in the future
