  Truly abysmal customer service. They ghosted me for TWO DAYS that they told me that my washing machine would be delivered. I just sat around. The store never answers their phone. I’ve been calling for two days. I feel disrespected, ignored and uncared for. I’ll never shop at Home Depot again, they don’t care about their employees or their customers if this is how they allow their locations to be operated. I’m understanding that there are staffing issues due to the pandemic and the island location but overpromising and underdelivering is NOT the answer to these issues.

  So hard to get help. Due to pandemic so many things are not in stock. Paint can be super slow because of employee turn over and they have to train someone new. I still use them because they are convenient.

  Why do you guys even have employees if they don’t do their job and help customers. Might as well have a robot do your lumber moving like your checkout services they'd be more helpful. This might not be all your employees but the majority for sure.
