  We needed to rent a ramp from these guys to load a shipping container at our house. We called several times to verify if we could get the ramp on the racks of our SUV. No problem they said. We arrived, paid, and then took the paperwork to the yard. The people in the yard laughed at us and told us it would crush the car! We had to go and rent a huge uhaul just to get the ramp to our house. That added two hours to an already very long day. When we returned the ramp they asked why we didn’t just have it delivered. Seriously??!! So not cool on so many levels! Never again.
