I work for Terraworks and Paul is a great owner to work for. I have only been here a few short months and they have made me feel at home here.  Paul & JaNece are always looking to improve the company and they truly care about the customer's.  They are truly an amazing company so whether you are looking for a job or to get your yard done make sure Terraworks is on your list of who to call.

TerraWorks landscaped our new home they were professional and great to work with. I had an idea of how I wanted our yard to look and they made my dreams come true

From start to finish on my job it was so easy and simple. The estimator that came was friendly and informative. They installed a paver patio with some gravel around it. We love it. The crew was very nice and informative. I will for sure use them on my next project!!

They were responsive and said a young man out how do you do these best to fix them but not all the heads were fixed told me and of course didn't know that until the next few days for the grass continued to die in a certain spots...

They sent out another tech to make sure I was happy, I like that kind of service..

Ron we appreciate your comments. In speaking with the tech he said that when he left all sprinklers were functional. If you are still having issues please call our office so we can schedule for a follow up.

Not only are their prices ridiculously high, their customer service is awful!! I got a quote for a VERY small retaining wall and to relocate one sprinkler! They quoted about triple what my other estimates were and then I emailed him (TWICE) with some questions about the ridiculous quote and he never responded!! I then called a week later and asked them to have him get back to me either via email or phone and…STILL NOTHING!!!! It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a peep! They obviously don’t want or need the business!!
Also, I should have known from the beginning they were going to be awful at communicating when he told me I would have my quote no later than the following Monday and I had to then call the day after (Tuesday) and remind him to send the quote!! DO NOT USE TERRAWORKS!!!!

Jenn I appreciate your review we will use this to talk with our estimators to be better at getting the estimates done as they promised. Please understand that summer is a busy time and we try to do our best. I am sorry the amount was more than you thought, but we estimate as close as we can to cover material, labor and still make a profit. We have been in business for 20yrs so I know our numbers are fair for both us and our customers. I hope your project meets your expectations and the person you choose can do it for a 1/3 less.
