  Services explained by Lawn Inspector, Receptionist and Pest Control Technician varied for Lawn Service and Pest Control services varied for me. Fire ants request was juggled from Lawn application to Pest Control and was recommended to purchase new "Fire Ants" service in my case! ........ Pest Control technicians told me they'll come back to throw rodent poisons in the attic when my attic will be accessible but receptionist suggested me to purchase new rodent service when I tried to schedule pest control technicians's revisit!.........Last one that aggravated me was I saw no one in my backyard, nor had any door bell rung the day they claimed they applied Lawn Fall application! Funny part is there's no expiration day on each lawn application service(among 8 applications), once you cancel service, they won't come to treat weeds although I feel like 8th application period was not over!!!

  TDI does a great job with my lawn care, mosquito treatment, termite protection and pest treatment. They are professional and always call ahead before arriving. I highly recommend TDI.

  I had TDI services for approximately 6 months. The service was decent and I was pleased with the rate they gave me. I called and cancelled my service simply because I was going to continue with my own weed control. At the time of cancelling, I paid my final bill (or so I thought). I even asked the person who took the payments and they confirmed. months later, I just received a debt recovery letter from a third party in reference to me owing a payment. I called the service and they assured me it would not impact my credit and that I could still contact TDI to make the payment. It took me three days of waiting on hold to finally get in contact with them (this was due to the increase of army worms in our area and people calling for service). By the time I finally contacted someone, I was not interested in expressing my frustration, I just wanted to pay my bill. It wasn't until the lady asked after my payment if I wanted to reinstate my service that I said absolutely not and in fact let me tell you why. As I start into my service she proceeded to talk over me and interrupt saying that she only wanted to know if I wanted to restart my service. Ultimately, I figured this may be a better platform to tell others about my experience and let them make their own decision. I had True Green in the past and as far as taking care of the lawn, their chemicals did a better job. The TDI technicians were great and but I am not okay with having an unknown, unpaid bill referred to collections and then being dismissed about it on the phone.
