Communication and online website was easy. The work done by the contractor - well they went above and beyond, considering everything was overgrown. Very happy that they were able to clean up the yard and prune the plants/bushes. They were super quick and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

This company arrived days late plus they claim that satisfaction is guaranteed for the yard was not complete pay for trim and they didn’t trim correctly . Then they called me and assured me that they would take care of the issue, but they never came back to finish the job. They only asked for more money. So at the end of the day I’ve could’ve used that money to cut the grass myself. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Calling someone and pretending like you’re concerned or that you’re going to take care of the issue just to reveal that you want more money it’s not restitution for the issue. This is just a way to try to cover your backside.

We do come back for a second chance to make it right. I do not know all of the specific circumstances. TaskEasy would like you to have a better resolution. Our management referred this company. Website is easy to navigate and set up appointment. After appt was set up everything was down hill. Multiple reschedules on their side, emails received that the customer service couldn't explain why we were receiving them. And then after we finalized our last appt that was my husband receives an email saying "looks like the contractor may not have showed up, they'll look into it and get another date set". Unprofessional, no apology for the missed appointment and had no explanation why services weren't rendered.
