  We recently had an irrigation system installed by T&T. Doug was our contact and he was very responsive and helpful leading up to and after the install. It’s been reassuring knowing that he will quickly address our needs. We are very happy with everything. We would highly recommend them if you are looking to install a system.

  Have used T &T for 20 years for 2 homes and they have been good in the past. This year has been different....the first available appt to get my system turned on was June 1. Waited all day long and they didn't show up until after hours. We thought they weren't coming! . I would have appreciated a call from the tech saying that they were running behind and were still on the way. Now it's going to be another week. And the city keeps sending me letters about a backflow test that is due.

  Leanne- I am sorry you are disappointed with our the two aspects of our service you note. We have been performing startups since the first week of April and sent reminders to schedule startups to all our current customers at that time. We began scheduling into June sometime around mid-May and despite my team working 7 days all through the month of May to help keep the lead time for appointments as short as we could, there is only so much work that can be done on any given day. As far as showing up 'after hours', GPS tracking on your technician's truck showed his arrival at your home at 5:28 pm, past the appointment window we had given you for arrival between 3pm and 5pm. I certainly apologize for being late to our appointment window. We do the best we can to anticipate how much time each technician's appointments will take each day (they typically have 8-10), but they do occasionally run into situations that cause them to be late to a subsequent appointment. We should have let you know that he was going to miss your latest window for arrival by 30 minutes.

  We were very pleasantly surprised with their service. They made a major repair, having to reconnect a section of our irrigation system going underneath the driveway. They did it on time, left everything clean and did it all for a very good price. We are so glad we found them and we will for sure continue to call on them whenever our irrigation system needs maintenance. After this experience, I am planning on trying the lawn services as well.
