Never called with an estimate. Was suppose to diagnosis and carb cleaner Chainsaw. Never noticed to problem with the chain saw not self oiling. When I called them they said it would be at least another 40.00 plus to repair that part. When we talked to the owner and said we would give a bad review he said he did care. Will never go back.

First they know I am a Medically Retired Veteran for my PTSD. When I got my chain saw back it was running.worse than before. The mechanic that worked on it had such a bad attitude so THEY had a different mechanic work on it the second time. This mechanic got it to run in front of me and shut it off. I got it home and because of my PTSD left it alone for 6 months. Now when I tried to start it or did not run. I called them up frustrated and the shop superviser said three times "You still have the old gas in the carburetor!" then he paused each time as if waiting for a reply without continuing to explain himself. Then when I got frustrated he got more gleefully smug. Finally continuing to explain that it had to be the automotive gas that I had put in it. When I told him now I understand why you have such a bad Google review. He got smugger and said that is just Google. We have thousands of customers walking through the door anyway. The problem with that, thinking about it after is that it still had THERE gas in it from 6 months ago from them working on it. I remember it was a different color than mine when I dumped it out. Then when I got into it myself (I rebuilt transmissions as a mechanic) there where several stupid things wrong. First the primer had been hooked up backwards so it pressurized the tank instead of priming the carburetor. The fuel intake hose was cut too short and did not have a filter on it.

Purchased a Red Lion trash pump, sold as new, from T&M manager Kevin approximately 1 year ago that was supposedly rated for up to semi solids. Pump was intended to transfer clear water from a 1200 gallon water tank to in ground cisterns at local park in pueblo county. On first use, there appeared to be multiple leaks, especially for a new pump. Additionally the pull cord snapped. Upon further inspection, it appeared that the pump was used, even though sold as new. The pump was taken to T&M to be fixed. A few weeks later, Kevin called us and advised us that the pump had been fixed and that he had tested it himself with water. Upon 2nd use of the pump, the pump still leaked so much that it was unusable. Pump was was once again taken to T&M. No call was received to advise us on the repair of the pump for approximately 9 months. Today, I went T&M, waited in the front of the office for approximately 20 minutes, and was then presented the owner of T&M, Terry. Terry advised me that the pump was out of warranty. I explained to Terry that the pump had never worked, even on initial use, and that's why the pump had been at his shop for the past 9 months. Terry then informed me that he needed me to provide a receipt and we could talk further. I asked Terry what action would be taken if I provided a receipt, Terry refused to say what action would be taken at that point in time. Terry provided me with a T&M business card, I asked Terry for a business card with his name on it, he then laughed at me and informed me that he owned multiple businesses and refused to tell me his last name. I then advised the mechanic that I wished to just take the broken pump that I had purchased from T&M and fix it myself. I told the mechanic, and an additional employee, that even though I represent a natural resource management organization; that manages multiple lands in Pueblo County, that employs certified sawyers and utilizes dozens of pieces of equipment that run on small engines, we will never step foot in T&M ever again and make every possible effort to avoid business with them in the future. I encourage you to do the same, to save yourself the time, money, and stress of dealing with this incompetent outfit. If anyone is aware of Terry's last name, I would love to know it, so I can avoid the other businesses that this slum lord-esque individual claims to own.
